Back in April, I took a little walk on the Jack Pine Trail in Ottawa, situated in the national Capital Greenbelt. It’s a great spot for taking a leisurely walk and I showed up early in the morning to have a nice quiet time before everyone started to use the trail and try to make some photos of whatever I might find.
I mostly was looking to get a woodpecker or two. These guys were teasing me and staying just out of reach of my lens for a clear shot:
I also got these little fellas:
And this guy who was foraging for some good stuff:
All in all, I walked away with a few good shots that I can be happy with. And had a great walk to boot!
